Look at job boxes. They are meant to hold tools out on a jobsite in all kinds of weather. Or, tool boxes in general. Most are not dimensioned similarly to kitchen cabinets, and are not cheap though. 20K Snap On or Facom boxes are pretty common.

A local custom metal fabricator that does work for the restaurant industry can probably make anything. For a price, of course. If a 20K toolbox doesn't faze you, then you might be a candidate for custom.

20k is definitely not what I had in mind. I'm just using it for a TV stand.
