Abigail - the beams when up first. Although they are not structural in the sense of holding up the floor above they are real heavy timber beams, so it was necessary to tie them into the wall framing.

How do you you get drywall behind them? Or do you just but the sheet up to them? Also.. what kind of plastic do you wrap them with to protect during the rest of building? Thank you so much!
