Hi Michiganrocks, we have installed 100s of this type of shower and have found this type to be a great enclosure. This enclosure works very well in small bathrooms especially where you do not have enough room to use a swing out door. It can also be used over tubs as well!

Thank you for the response, when reading the answer I realized I meant to ask what is the size of the shower and door. We have a small shower and where the door would be is about 50", love the look of this slider!

Thanks for the question! You could use this
enclosure on a 50" opening, however your entry into the shower would be
approximately 21" wide. Also, for that size I would recommend using a
recess pull instead of a handle so you could maximize your entry as
