How do I get the look of the wood in the tray?

I am so excited to be replicating this in my Master bedroom! Please tell me how to get this wood look? White pickling on reclaimed boards? I am so hopeful you will help me!!!

Hi! They are reclaimed wood boards that we placed in a tongue and groove fashion. Hope that helps!
