Frameless glass door on top of bench

What a gorgeous bathroom! I love the marble top on the bench, as it gives it an elegant finish. Did you have to open a groove on the seat for the glass to support itself or was the glass cut around it to fit the shape of the seat? I believe the seat comes out about 1" ?Thank you

Thank you very much for your kind words and your question. We did have to cut a groove on the seat top to help support the glass and give it a very clean look. The bench has a half inch over hang.
