I have early 90s honey oak cabinets in orange (aren't you jealous?). Can I strip / sand / stain / glaze them like this? Love this finish! Tell me how!
Thanks!

    Hi Melissa.
Ha! You're funny. Stripping is a lot of work, but you could get close if you know the right re-finisher. American White Oak is different from the French White Oak in this picture, but it's close. French White Oak is more rustic. The process is complicated, it's basically a fuming process, then color with a final whitewash. There is some gray in the finish, it just takes a finisher with a good eye. I suggest you have your finisher look at this picture and prepare a few samples. I hope that helps and good luck with those cabinets. Charmean
