Need Quartz Countertop Help with White Dove Cabinets

I need to pick a countertop with my White Dove cabinets. I have read that counters such as Stataurio Nuvo and LG Roccoco might go. Am also considering Frosty Carrina but it feels too subtle. Help! I need to decide ASAP, been dithering for too long and am totally confused and anxious (and I don't have time to work with a designer; the guys who are doing our kitchen are handymen and already ordered the cabinets, based on what I read about White Dove being able to go cool or warm).

PS I like warmer colors and so not really thrilled with lots of gray, especially in backsplash. I'm also considering Caesarstone Cashmere Carrara.

My latest favorite with white cabinets is Cambria Berwyn. It's beautiful with a little bit of spark in it.

Frosty Carrina. I chose sage green lowers and white dove uppers with frosty Carrina. Now agonizing over backsplash!
