I apologize for such a slow response to your question. We have had some trouble with our Houzz account of late but are now hopefully back up and running. Despite being polyester, this duvet covet is soft and makes for a very comfortable night's sleep. The softness of the fabric is a factor that our designers try to pay attention to when they are sourcing fabrics for our collections.
