Is there a reason you wouldn't do a traditional wood baseboard?

When we do a tiled baseboard we always do it with the floor tile. There are many time where I want a cleaner look, don't want another different material.

Use the floor tile. You would only use the wall tile if those other walls were tiled with it too.

Thanks. My gut was telling me the floor tile, too. Using the subway tile seemed like it might stand out too much. Thank you all!
