We did something similar to this. Blew out the wall between a bedroom and a livingroom in a brooklyn townhouse to make a new, large french door. (We designed it differently, and they used an adhesive film over the glass for privacy, but it lets in plenty of light from the front of the building/bedroom.)

We used http://www.jdgdoor.com/ – their website is not great but they came highly recommended. And they delivered.

With the help of our contractor they also made us a double-pained insulated exterior door.

A metal/glass fabricator wont take on all the contracting work Sophie mentions above (the demolition, posts/beams, etc.). But you might want to start with fabricator to get an idea of pricing, as this kind of custom work is just across the board expensive. Once you land on a product, price that won't leave you with your tail between your legs, any contractor should be able to make what is essentially an enlarged interior door frame.
