We are remodeling a lake house with a slightly more rustic vibe than I would like. My preference for an all-white kitchen are clashing with yards of oak window trim and the vaulted wood ceiling beams in the great room. l like the way they designed this space to blend cabs and window trim so seamlessly. Would it look as good, though, with white and wood? Our kitchen is about 2/3 the size of this one, and I would use wood cabs as an accent. Wood 4x6 island. Wood range hood. Wood uppers flanking the sink. Would it work? Will it date the kitchen if we have to resell? Pictures appreciated if you have a two-color kitchen. Thanks.
