Looks like it might be a Veltheimia. A bit hard to say for sure at this size shot.

I agree with carol's id. Mine are at about the same stage of flower development, too.

I am not disagreeing with the ID, but am wondering how you distinguish between Veltheimia and some of the candelabra primroses. Thanks.

The leaves are very shiny and thick and the flowers are tubular.
