Climbing America, something wrong?

this is the second year for my climbing america, I see tiny red flowers on a few laterals, any idea why the roses are like that malformed and more red instead of the ice orange/pink color that is expected.

Sounds like your plant was grafted and you are getting sprouts from 'Dr. Huey' root-stock, if you have had sharp winter weather or other problems since planting maybe all or part of the 'Climbing America' scion has died.
