I'd imagine a cool porch with a sunny pool area to be best.

South facing areas will have sun all day,,which would be good for warming the pool water on the surface and sun-bathing.

North-facing area will receive shade, which to my estimate would be best for a shady porch.

I hope the master bedroom and other family relaxing living areas receive eastern morning sun, as opposed to hot afternoon sun from the west.

North facing porch so you'll have shade and the pool can be in the sun. No one wants to swim in a shaded pool. We had a south patio at our last home and it was brutal in the summer. We built our current home 3yrs ago and chose a backyard that faced northeast so we could enjoy a cooler patio and we love it.
