Hello to all,

We have about 1800 sqft of 18" x 18" tile and therefore, a lot of grout lines. The grout has really become stained and it was cleaned once professionally and some kind of grout paint or stain applied. This, in the heavy traffic areas, has become a nightmare to keep clean and maintain.

I am looking for suggestions on how to best completely clean up the grout and then let it dry well and apply a sealer. It's an off-white to bone color. Has anyone used a good steam-cleaning machine that has a brush and can really get the job done? I have viewed some youtube video's on grout stream-cleaning devices, but looking for someone w first hand experience w a make and model that really does the work. If there is another way to do this, I am all ears.
