Advice for pendent lights or fixtures?

We just finished updating our builder beige/gold kitchen with Taj Mahal Quartzite and Highland Park Portico Pearl 3x6 tile. I love how light and bright the space is now but we need to change the fixtures and cabinet hardwares. Any suggestions on what would look good in the space?

I like the knobs and pulls you have now. Pendants are okay, but I think you could find something more dramatic/interesting. Hopefully someone will have some ideas.

Curious did you add cabinetry to the island? I agree that countertop is gorgeous. I also don't see anything missing about your hardware - were you looking for more contrast? The same with the pendants- they work but I guess you want something more exciting.

For both hardware and lights did you want silver finish? gold??

Missed your question about the hardware. Do you not like what you have? If you're looking for a change, I'd consider a finish that matches or coordinates well with your sink faucet (assuming that is staying).

I'd swap the cabinet pulls and knobs for stainless steel or nickel as pulls and knobs you have now are lost against the door finish. I think the shapes are fine.

I like these LED pendants which are similar in shape to what you have:

Also, if you don't mind, I'd love to know the color of grout you used for the backsplash. We have the same (portico pearl) and need to choose the grout. Yours is lovely.
