The site supports YouTube and Vimeo vids. Copy the url of one of those and paste it in the selection box that pops up when you click on Video among the choices below. Click insert.

Videos must be placed online somewhere else (such as YouTube or Vimeo) and placed/linked into the post with the Video function available below the composition window. Linked for the Video function means view the video in a browser as you normally would, copy the full URL of it from the address bar, then paste that URL into the "Insert Video" dialog.
