Need Ideas for Exterior

Oh help! We moved in 2 years ago. I love the interior of our house (traditional), but I hate the exterior. Right before fall, we ripped out the monkey grass in the front and the bushes to have a fresh start in the spring.

Any ideas to up the curb appeal are welcome. The very bottom is stone, house is stucco and window trim is brick.

Paint the door black like the storm door. Then your next step should be landscaping

What is the exterior made of? Stucco or brick? What is the red/ brown around the windows? To me that is too much contrast with the tan siding and white windows. I would also paint or strip the front steps so they match the lower set of steps. Post more pictures too

Hallet & Co, good suggestions! The exterior is stucco, the trim around the window is brick.
