Would it be better to flipflop the vanity & the shower/toilet wall

This is a small bathroom that we are making slightly larger by stealing room from a guest bedroom. Attached are the existing bathroom (sorry it attached twice!) & the proposed new bathroom. Note the vanity wall has a window over one sink & a mirror over the other. This is an old tudor house and the window can't be moved due to sloping rooflines on the outside. We also want to keep a window in the bathroom for light & air. Would it be better to trade the vanity wall with the shower toilet wall? That would make the shower/toilet wall on the outside wall with the window above the toilet. Currently the toilet is in the same position in the existing bathroom but facing a different direction and there is concern about keeping it in the same floor joist as it makes it easier to move - not sure if changing its direction would impact the floor joist & can't have anyone in right now to check. Any opinions about the proposed new plan as is and/or flipping the two walls? Thanks.
