The beams are real wood. We got them through the contractor. The finish is custom. A lot of the quality you see depends on the craftsmen involved, not just the products specified. The smoothness, pattern, and slight shimmer of the tile also bring out the texture of the wood through contrast. Thank you for your interest in the project.
