If it was my home I'd consider different factors before painting it, like location and how long I'm planning to live there it before selling it. Assuming you won't be there long and since the roof is already dark I'd prefer neutral walls like a light beige or maybe an off white

It appears you have a good sized green space behind your home. Consider staining or painting your home a color that will make it blend in -- a color found in nature.

I agree that the shutters should go. Love the front door. My parents' house has the same one. I like the cool soft pastels Beth recommended.

I would cut the remaining yews down about a foot. Prune them so the tops are smaller. Pull out one or two of the yews and add a flowering shrub between the two far right windows.

Would not put a bold contrasting color on the garage door or garage door frame. Paint it the same color you paint your exterior walls -- Make your front entry door the focal point of the front of your home.

I would go with white color.

The white would look great. I would leave shutters. Add a bed of Pentas and a couple of boxwoods.

Yes, it got a fresh coat of paint prior to us moving in.

Those window and the style of the house should not have shutters as for color that is only part of the whole curb appeal you desperately need landscaping and IMO that and house color should be at least planned together. BTW this is one of my favorite wall colors and landscaping and your house would look awesome with this.Please no cottage windows boxes and remove the rest of the hedge.

@ulisdone thank you for the advice! I’d love cottage window boxes, but we will probably remove the hedges so we can add more of those. Good point about the house color and landscaping together.
