Can't get rid of these stains on the wall

Anyone know the best way to get rid of these wall stains? It came from sparkling water that splattered. I've tried warm water/dab of dawn and then wringing out the microfiber towel before cleaning it on the wall. I was able to get a decent portion out but there's still a good amount that I'm having trouble cleaning away.
