What is YOUR favorite color this year?

Every year, paint companies so helpfully tell us what their color of the year is. Sometimes I think this is a scheme to get rid of certain pigments rather than to truly pinpoint the zeitgeist. Every once in a while I think "YES! great color. Going to use it more!" but not often.

So curious to hear from all of you-- what is YOUR color of the year? What paint or shade is really calling to you?

I had my "season" done years ago. I find it to be true today. I prefer earthy fall colors. Walls however are not made to carry that much pigment. My walls are all pale yellow/cream so my accessories can be as deep and rich as is satisfying without making the room a cave. At the most I may lean towards a darker or lighter shade of a color vs. a NEW to me color being added to my home.
