Looks like good old fashioned carnosa to me. Carnosa can be extremely variable - some clones have a fair amount of silver speckling while some have almost none (mine). They throw different names at them to sell as something different, but in the end, they're all just different clones or sports of carnosa. I have one called Dapple Grey... it's really just another carnosa. And don't get me wrong - there are some gorgeous clones and sports out there. I like that one leaf on yours that is a little more veiny than most.
