red pillows with terra cotta rug?

are you mixing reds and terracotta? just asking because I generally like the French red. I bought a terracotta rug and unsure what to do.

Hi sorry for the delay in answering your question- the picture reeds red but the rug color is really a burnt orange, the pillows have orange and more of a terracotta red tone, which blends well the the orange!
