Grout choice for kitchen backsplash

I can't take any more choices! We are putting a white, shiny subway type tile in for our backsplash. I have to decide on grout color. It seems safe to choose a white, but maybe everything will be too white? We have Hanstone Montauk quartz counters that have a bit of grey and even some brown. We have a brown cork floor and a large copper vent hood. Maybe grey would work? Thanks for any advice/opinions.

I’d do an Uber pale gray. Closest to white but not white as you can get.

I’d do a dark gray. Also love the rounded counter with the mint walls, vintegy vibes with a modern take.

Thanks for your thoughts! I have a bit more time to think about it than anticipated. The guy started installing the wrong tiles. This has been the story of our reno. I feel like I have to be on top of everything. Can't wait to be done.
