It doesn’t look like you have a ton of storage. I would add another cabinet to the left of the fridge. And yes please redo the window and add a cabinet there too.
I might swap the fridge and ovens. And then put the dishwasher on the opposite side of the sink (but totally not important I just feel it looks more organized that way for some reason:)
If you can take the cabinets to the ceiling that would be great. And for the vaulted wall I might do some open shelving To make it look intentional.
But these are more aesthetic opinions.
