Midea outdoor unit making loud noises when starting up

Hey Everyone,

I just got installed 4 Midea AC units (MA-09NXD0-I inner, MOX133-09HFN8 outer), which outdoor units are making really loud noise periodically, lets say in every 30-40 minutes. Here you can see/hear a youtube video I just made: https://youtu.be/Dn_Qvnanskc
I tried to lower the fan's speed, use the "gear" function to take back its power usage, but without luck. Anytime the unit starts up again, it fully blows the fan and vibrates the wall.
Is there any way I can lower it's noise?
