Thanks it is fantastic!. This is a 3" hydronic heated concrete floor with (2) custom color stains and a high polish seal. The seal is what makes the floor sparkle. More work to maintain but if you want a conversation piece and a floor that commands your attention when you walk into a room, the high polish is the ticket.
