We have recently upgraded the windows at the top of our raked ceiling with double glazing and deeper reveals. There are 11 windows along this side of the house and we need to replace the existing roller blinds as they no longer fit.

My questions are:

1. Should we match the fabric and colour to the existing roman blinds on the sliding doors underneath the windows? (this is possible as we have found a supplier that can do this)

2. Or do we go with a fabric and colour closer to the paint on the wall and window frames (ie a lighter colour).

3. Or something completely different?

The distance between the top of the roman blinds and the bottom of the window frames is approx 1.2 metres.

And yes we do need to cover the windows with something as the early morning sun while beautiful is already quite warm and it's only spring.
