I would consider a darker trim and darker color on the 2nd floor. These colors are from the roof.

I can’t be sure, but are you sure there is proper spacing to fit that style ledger stone? It is very odd putting stone on second level because it visually puts weight too high. I guess it might be done, but it generally connects somehow with lower level. I think it is best that you use the Sandy colored stone if you add stone.

This stone. Match stone to brick as much as possible. Or do a cementuous board on upper gables. Paint that a color similar to your brick. Use trim for darker accent and wood garage doors will also warm things up.

Do not put stone or any type of masonry where house wrap is showing in the images. Stone used in a nontraditional manner (without visual or reasonable means of support) will look odd (fake). The two different masonries will clash. Take PPF.'s suggestion.

I would do hardiboard on uppers in lighter tone. Then do wood garage doors stained to work with roofing along with wood front and service door. Keep it simple. Then do a beautiful, lush landscaping job using great stone elements.
