I do understand that tent is bad for my back but I just think tent brings some creativeness to the room and I can lie under the tent from time to time.

Because it is plain silly to have atent in adult space and with the egg chair poor design . Random furniture placement always looks poorly planned I think you need to step back and honestly think about using the space and I guess I need to know what you actually mean by a study room.Right not it looks like a kids bedroom .

It’s a study room not for a kid lol.
I am a software engineer so I don’t need a lot of books only a computer with some screens.
I want to put a tent because I feel it could add some fun and creativity and I can probably lie under the tent some time.

A tent big enough for an adult to curl up from time to time is going to take up a lot of floor space and make the room feel uncomfortably crowded. I think there are other ways to introduce playfulness without compromising the use of the room as a study. And if you want to lie down, your bedroom is right there.

I do like the idea of a hanging chair, though I find this style much more comfortable than an egg chair.

@Flex Wang You should definitely have a tent if you want one. Life is short - have some fun. I can see it as a good way to get into a different headspace, either more playful or more peaceful.

The only objections I have heard is that it is hard on your back, and it's silly. I assume the OP knows whether or not his back can tolerate this. And I admire the willingness to be silly.

I put up a play tent when my granddaughter visit and I love to get in it with them. And I don't always take it down immediately when the leave LOL.
