I really like this tile with the sheen differences within a single tile. The geometric strokes pattern is subtle and chic. I have not found it, but a lot of commercial work is custom. Sometimes the design catches on and trickles down into the retail market.

It looks like a textured glaze was used to create the pattern before firing the tile, but I am not a tile maker. Perhaps the glossy design is a thick shiny sealer product stenciled onto a matte stone tile.

It reminded me of a tile I am considering for a kitchen backsplash. It has a similar tonal pattern on a subway tile, but it is done with texture instead of glazes.

Mystery solved! I actually found the exact tile you asked about. It is manufactured by MOSA, a Dutch company known to architects and designers. It is from their line called Murals. Murals is comprised of 4 tile designs. The tile design you are looking for is called Murals Change; it has a shiny glaze element. There is a sister tile called Murals Lines; it uses relief elevation in a similar design instead of a shiny glaze. These tiles are available in subway and square versions. I was looking at the NEMO tile website and came across this version from their Casablanca 2.0 line called Hatch. Colors include saturated jewel tones along with neutrals. Kind of a cross between zellige and the MOSA mentioned above. Really beautiful effect. Maybe the green (Palm Hatch) is the tile in your picture.
