Tile Professionals please help!!

I had another post where the tile installer didn't leave any space for grout on the marble shower tile install:

https://www.houzz.com/activities/user/james-harness53/posts

After advice im having him redo but when he pulled the tile it seems like there is very little thinset coverage. Not sure what to do now. he has a Lic. I'm also losing rent for the delayed job.

Am I seeing the pictures right? My assumption is if it had coverage the trowel lines would be flat?

I read that showers need %95 coverage but not sure how to judge that.

What the heck are you doing? The walls neeed to be redone in waterproof at all from what I see . This all needs to be removed and redone in the proper rewanting install. It need proper waterproofing so all the space needs to be remove and done properly all the tile will need to be completly clean before redoing it and it needs to be installed how ever the tile says for spacing and grout .
