The strip of horizontal tile across the sink and toilet is a bit distracting. The wall could be a slightly lighter color of the tiles.

I'm going in a completely different direction! The tile is very cold so I suggest a very warm colour like this green. A white floating cabinet would keep the clean lines of the bathroom.

m3459 I don't even need a shower curtain but your choice is so very fabulous I'd love to know it's origin. I have a friend who is redoing a bathroom and I am helping him make design decisions. I'd love to suggest that curtain. And @Lydia (KAZZA design) I love the wall hung floating cabinet you've chosen to show the O.P. Can you also give out the secret of where to find it or one very much like it. Is it wood? It looks Italian with about a gazillion coats of lacquer. Thank you both for adding your design ideas (and I'm just a "lurker").

You'll be very surprised.......it's from IKEA! They have a wide range of bathroom cabinets. :)

Wow! Thanks tons Lydia! My problem is we're not near an Ikea and every time I go to buy something it is not sold on line! Some weekend I might have to make a pilgrimage to Orlando (not Disney World!) the closest Ikea.
