The ceiling material is called out on the construction documents as "1x4 T & G". That means it is a 1x4 (probably clear pine or other wood) with a v joint and tongue and groove edge.
The floor material is called out as "5/4" Decking" and the resource guide lists - Decking, Dow Building Solutions - with Solid Decking Stain in Pewter Gray by Cabot.
