The only problem I have had with chalk board paint on walls is---when written on, the little chalk particles drop to the floor/trim below. If you have a floor that's easily mopped/cleaned, plan on doing so as much as the chalk is used. I had a friend use it on a wall with carpet and no lip/tray below----big huge mistake. Just things to consider...
