Who makes the hood?

We have 8 foot ceilings and bought a KitchenAid low profile island hood.just like the one here in your picture. We wanted it to be 36" above the range but the best we can do is 26" as the unit can only be shorten to 32" overall from ceiling to bottom of the hood. Are there any other hoods like this one that are shorter the 32" from ceiling to bottom of unit that will give us the 36" we want from range to bottom of hood?
