Why is the fridge next to the ovens.? How does that affect the fridge's operation and and work triangle?

Thank you for your question. What you are viewing is a secondary oven and it was placed there for space considerations. We also added extra ventilation due to its placement near the refrigerator. The primary oven is the in range in the center of the room and is part of a work triangle.
