It is the perfect white! Thank you for noticing. Actually it is an off-white with subtle warm undertones. The color is Benjamin Moore Cotton Balls #2145-70.

Ok this looks awesome, so is the deck painted black as well, and is it in semi gloss or hi gloss the doors are the perfect size, right on

How hard is the black on your deck to keep clean? We currently have a stained deck that our young golden retriever muddies up and the stained surface doesn't wash well at all! Our deck railing is stained cedar with black poles and I think a black floor would look awesome. I know with the dog we'll have to clean it often but thinking that an eggshell finish exterior paint would clean easily?
