It's a Genista Broom Moth. These larvae are all over my baptisia so I contacted okleps when I couldn't find them in Wagner. They don't do caterpillars! John suggested I post on bugguide, which I did. And I had my answer within the hour! They even posted my photo.
Check out the photos on Bugguide of the adult. It's pink with a yellow underwing.
