My garden dam

The dam was on the property when I purchased it and was indeed one of the attractions for me. Over time I've developed gardens around it, which of course is still an ongoing process. Probably always will be. Unfortunately the dam dries up during the dry season and only fills again with the onset of the wet season rains. Guess you can't have everything. When full the dam is about 30 metres long, 28 metres wide, and 5 metres at the deepest point. Wet season it's my swimming pool plus where I can go paddle my canoe whenever I want (wet season only).
