Granite Grannies
(Some of those pictures are actual Japanese houses. ) You know, I've been thinking more about this article, and I realized that while everyone is clamoring for white kitchens ( which I do love as well, don't get me wrong), our most popular houzz photos are the two darkest kitchen we've added! I think it's because the lighting and richness of the dark stone are very intentional and it does create a look that is noticeably different from the majority of kitchen photos online.
