Upon meeting Dennis, we immediately liked his honesty, and knowledge & ideas..we had a project that needed someone with a broad range of experience. Dennis for sure fit the bill. The job was done quickly and professionally. All questions were answered and there was no jumping around about price. We were completely satisfied upon completion. So much so we just hired him to do a bigger project. That just came to completion. It too was done in a perfect professional manner, and once again very happy with the project. The very best experience I have ever had with a contractor! Communication was always great. Always new what was going on, good or bad. All issues that came up needing extra work was always quickly followed by a change order with a price. Very reasonable rates, great subs, and always did exactly what he said he would. I can't recall him ever saying "no" to any request. Always gave me his opinions to help with decisions along the way, both technical and financial so we could make the best decision for the company. The project was started on time and completed on time, despite all the add-ons we asked for!! This company can handle any sized project, and if you would like to take the work out of trying to find a great, honest, fairly priced, contractor, just call Dennis, and he will take care of you!

Dennis was prompt, courteous, helpful w/his advise, very professional. He and his assistant left the premises clean when they were done. However, I will have to wait for it to rain to see if my roofing problem is resolved.
