It was an enjoyable experience to work with COVENANT Design & Construction, as they offered several design choices where needed, in addition to commitment to the project budget. Their attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind is admirable in addition to the experience they have with the City requirements. I've been working with Edward for a few years now and I'm always impressed with his interior design skills and the quality that results in each project.

Covenant Design & Construction responded to my requests of a new patio with great efficiency. The design was discussed and then the concrete contractor was invited to the discussion and design process within the same week. The estimate was provided from Covenant Design within a couple of days and we are scheduled to begin on the patio within a week. The experience was effortless and appreciate the thoughtfulness of the design and potential possibilities of adding onto the patio in the future. We highly recommend this company for any of your construction or remodeling needs.

Teaming up with Edward Helewa, the owner of Covenant Design and Construction was a delight! He streamlined the process from start to finsh and was very professional and personable every step of the way. It was refreshing to work with an honest contractor who is constantly looking out for the client's best interest. He followed through with everything he said he would do and in a very timely manner. Most of all, I appreciated how he came back every time with solutions to "challenges" that were cost effective and kept us within the budget. I look forward to working with Eddie again and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a general contractor.

We looked at buying a home in 2008, but couldn't come to terms with the fact that several of the main living areas, and master bedroom, could not accomodate the size of our family. Eddie (and his business partner at the time) walked through the house with us and gave us some fabulous simple, but profound, design ideas that completely changed the look and functionality of the rooms. The designs made the house incredibly current without being excessive. His care to consider our budget and taste was extremely appreciated. He gave us several ideas for future phases, in case we wanted to do additonal work as our family's needs change. He was attentive, creative, professional and precise. He consistently checked in with his contractors to insure meticulous work (catching poor measurements in the placement and pouring of the concrete pillars on our new patio), and continually measured and remeasured to verify design decisions. Eddie was fabulous to work with, and we will definitely use him again if the need arises.
