I have purchased more than a dozen products from La Fuente and love all of them! My most recent order arrived with one item missing, even though it was listed on the packing list. I was not in a hurry so I thought I'd be nice and communicate with La Fuente's Customer Service by signing onto their website and clicking on their "We're online..." to type in a message. I spent 20 minutes total, sending them lots of info about the order and their oversight. They said they would look into the problem and would communicate with me via email. I provided my email address and waited several business days but never heard from them. Very irritating. So I phoned them and once again described the problem. They apologized and sent the missing item to me right away. Like all their other products, I like it very well and am glad to have it.

My Talavera Planter arrived a few days ago wrapped so securely and delivered quickly within a matter of days of placing my order. I was immediately in awe of the gorgeous vibrant colors in the floral design on my planter. It enhances the lovely Coleus Plant I have placed in it. Each time I walk by it I can't help marvel at how they compliment each other and it brings me joy to admire it many times during the day. This was a superb purchase. Great value for the money spent. Now I want to find something else lovely enough to be placed in another Talavera Planter. More beauty! More joy! Thank you La Fuente Imports. I wish I knew how to upload a photo but I don't.

I ordered some Talavera knobs for my kitchen remodel. They were backordered, but email contact with thier customer service department kept me informed. They are fragile, so order a few more than you need. But these knobs were exactly what was needed to put this Caribbean casita kitchen over the top!

I was on the hunt for a large decorative pot for my aloe plant. My plant was pretty large and heavy, outgrowing its current pot and kept toppling over. For the price, this pot was perfect! Size, quality, appearance exceeded my expectations! Packaging was perfect! Not one crack or scratch and arrived right on time! Would highly recommend.

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered 2 Talavera pots from them which were advertised as INDOOR/OUTDOOR. We chose to leave them outdoors and come the spring the pots have completely and utterly disintegrated!! The painted finish has come off in large chunks and thousands of tiny fragments and even the handles are falling off!
When I wrote to the company, they offered me a 20% discount on 2 replacement pots, but the shipping alone was $71 which they did not offer to cover. Disgraceful customer service

While it is unfortunate your planters are broken, after being outside for about a year through temperature changes and moisture this type of breakage will absolutely appear. Planters including all ceramics intended for indoor/outdoor usage do include information advising that these items should be moved indoors when temperatures are expected to drop below freezing. You will see this information displayed within the helpful information section of the planters. I have included a screen shot of the planter listing below.
Shipping charges are calculated via the selected carrier (FedEx, USPS) based upon the weight of the shipment and distance for delivery. If we have any additional products that you may be interested in, feel free to reach out and I will be happy to see what best available pricing we can provide as a courtesy.

I order furniture from here 10 years ago and it was solid wood, today the product wood is thin and flimsy. Though aesthetically pleasing the furniture is no longer up to my standards, also the demension are misleading and though Emmit at cusomer service was nice he was not helpful regarding my problem of the dimensions. I will not be ordering from them again.Â

What's not to like. This was my first time shopping at La Fuente and I found the site, the products and the pricing to be fair and as competitive with other shopping sites and the pricing was even better than some companies. I was notified of shipping and delivery in a very timely manner. It was shipped FedEx and I did not request an expedited delivery. And the item was exactly as pictured without any damage. My overall experience was quite positive. And the recipient was overjoyed with the gift. The product was a beautiful Talavera ceramic pot.
