I had the worst experience with an order I placed and paid for in full with Tui Lifestyle in Panama in January 2015, for delivery in August 2015. The order comprised furniture for living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, terrace and turnkey. Since the terrace furniture was unavailable, I asked for and received a refund. The furniture, made in Italy, seems to be of high quality, when it is not broken or damaged. However, numerous pieces were either broken or damaged. The deliverers were high school kids who did not know how to install furniture. Several pieces were damaged: a beveled mirror dresser (severely) and a sleep sofa (moderately). To be fair to the kids, the pieces were probably damaged before delivery. A mattress of a size different from the one ordered was delivered. None of my sheets fit. The wrong lamps for the bedroom end tables were delivered, one of which was broken. The turnkey kitchen appliances were of the cheapest, lowest quality. The "design consultant" had no authority to make any decisions without running them through TuiLifestyle in Miami. Every time I called the responsible person, Michael Gabbett, in Miami he was unavailable. I did eventually get a credit on the sleepsofa, but it is so small, there is nothing I can use it on. I was told the mattress and an art piece, Ocean Art, that I was offered because of the mess of the delivery, arrived in Panama the first week in September, but so far neither the mattress nor the Ocean Art has been delivered. I still have an undersized mattress that does not fit delivery specifications that I cannot use and do not want. I offered to accept the damaged beveled mirrored dresser at a significant discount but Miami would not accept this and stated that it would replace the piece. Nearly four months after delivery and nearly a year after the order, I have yet to receive a new, undamaged beveled mirror dresser for which I paid full price. I would not do business with a firm like TuiLifestyle in the future and would not recommend them to anyone. PS, I finally received delivery of the correctly sized queen mattress on the third attempt (Tui delivered a king mattress on the second attempt). During the multiple deliveries, Tui's delivers moved the end tables and cracked the glass legs on both. It's almost worse if they attempt to rectify a problem. As of December 13, 2015, the delivery is not complete.

I bought two accent chairs for my living room and while the design is very nice the quality is terrible. After only 3 years the "eco leather" [which they sold me as leather] started peeling off all over both chairs. I had called them complaining about the quality since 3 years is not even close to the lifespan of furniture and they said they can do nothing about it. Good design isn't enough, quality is as important and they do not warranty the quality of their furniture. I would not recommend this store.

Angel is a fabulous decorator and designer. She has excellent taste and is very client focused. She has helped us with our entire project, from when we gutted a two bedroom apartment and totally redecorated it, from new furniture, fixtures, painting, window treatments, lighting. We are ecstatic about the result. Anel has a great personality and is very responsive and on time. I give her the highest recommendation.

Anel has always been a pleasure to work with. She provided all of our condo furniture (outdoors as well as indoors) after we finished construction. In addition, she provided full design and closet installation as well as electric/remote blinds. She was quick to respond to our needs, and was flexible with our design selections. Even whe some furniture pieces were defective, she was able to get it corrected in a timely fashion. We absolutely loved our experience with her and TUI. We have since gone back to her for additional purchases.

I had the best experience at Tui lifestyle in Miami. From the minute I walked in to the show room I liked what I saw. I met Flavia, who helped me with the whole process, from the selection of the furniture to the installment in my home. Everything was amazing, convenient, and extraordinarily done. Best customer service!!! I left the house for 5 hours and came back to a beautiful furnished house, everything was installed and placed properly , no mess and they took all the empty boxes. Flavia and Tui lifestyle were amazing, I will recommend it 100%. Thank you for making my dream come true so easy!

Great service. The designer Flavia had a lot of ideas that helped us a lot to make our home cozy and practical. Surely recommended for anyone who needs good quality furniture in a short time delivery! We enjoyed do business with them.

Anel de Castro was very professional and patient. She found everything i was looking for and if she didn't have it she searched for it. Delivery men wore covers on their shoes at time of delivery and made sure everything was placed properly and handled the furniture with care. They followed up after to make sure I was satisfied and I certainly was! Great experience working with Tui

Purchased some furniture for my NY apt. The purchase went well, but the rest of the experience was very bad. The sofa had been measured and I was assured it would fit, which it did not. The chair leather was buckled and I had a very difficult time getting them to come back to resolve both issues. I do not recommend Tui and would not use them again.

We had such a wonderful experience with Anel. She has an amazing creative eye and is very talented at her craft. She listened to our collective style preferences and narrowed down what would be the best pieces for our bay view layout in a timely fashion. She was hands-on and involved during the installation day. In sum, she is a true professional who is creative, personable and a team player. We would recommend Anel to friends and family and would tap into her services again in the future. Thank you Anel!

Not only have I worked with Brett, he also helped me tremendously with my own apartment. Brett thrives at customer relations and has a natural born talent to sell! Brett is very knowledgable about the company and helped me tremendously with not only picking my furniture but also helped me sat the "tone" of my apartment which only Tui can do! Brett's quick Witt and charm makes the progress not only easy, but fun! My shopping experience with Brett and Tui exceeded my expectations and hope it continues!
