We highly recommend Tyler and appreciated working with him during our major home renovation. He has learned from master craftsman and his work is meticulous. The highest compliment I can give is that the other trades working on our renovation all asked who did the work as it was so outstanding. For example, the custom shower door installer asked about tile installation as the penny tile on the shower floor and the edge work in our owner shower was superb. When other craftsmen notice - you know you have the best of the best working on your project! Tyler was also clever and thoughtful in his suggestions to improve our project. He is honest, timely and a hard worker who takes pride in all of his projects. Do not hesitate to line Tyler up - you will be happy that you selected him for your renovation!

Tyler has done excellent work for us over the last few years. He remodeled a full bath and refreshed our kitchen with new tile. He painted our existing kitchen cabinets and made them look new again! He is a hard worker, and his work is of the highest quality. Also, he doesn't smoke, doesn't swear, and is an all-around respectable guy whom you can feel comfortable having in your home.

Tyler was excellent from our initial meeting all the way through our project completion. He was incredibly professional, efficient while thorough, and has a keen eye for details. It felt as though he was renovating his own home! He was able to anticipate challenges prior to them happening (ex: the height difference of our new floors was going to create a large gap under doorways, and how to minimize that!), he gave a recap daily and always asked for input to make sure we were satisfied. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tyler and his work. We will certainly be using him for any of our home projects going forward!!

Tyler’s work is excellent! He transformed our ugly laundry room into a beautiful, functional space with a dog shower, custom “cubbie” cabinets and custom locker with bench. We also had him renovate our master bathroom. He completely reconfigured the layout, taking it down the studs. It turned out gorgeous - unbelievable transformation. It is now elegant and timeless. His work ethic is exceptional. He works very hard, cleans up the work area every day and is very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to hiring him again.

Tyler has done several projects for us and we have been very happy with his work! He remodeled our guest bathroom (new tile surround, flooring and vanity), installed a barn door and track, and several other small projects. He communicates effectively, shows up on time and is easy to work with!

We used Fourteen Thirty Renovation, LLC for a master bathroom and closet addition, as well as a bathroom remodel. Tyler was very thorough in preparing his estimate for the project. This included having his plumbing sub-contractor come out to review the project to provide a more detailed scope of the plumbing work involved given the project's complexities, giving us more confidence in the accuracy of his estimate. No other general contractor we obtained estimates from provided this level of thoroughness. Tyler was very communicative in providing updates on his availability to start the project and, once work began, keeping us informed of his progress, working with us on any modifications, and providing us updates on any changes in the project timeline. Ultimately, Tyler completed our project ahead of schedule and at budget. We would use Fourteen Thirty Renovation, LLC for future projects.

Tyler remodeled our master bathroom and half bathroom last year and did a phenomenal job- we liked his work so much, he will be starting on our kitchen remodel this spring. Our master bathroom was a big project - a large space with a complete change to the previous layout and a lot of tile work; we were so pleased with the way it came out. Tyler does high quality work and is meticulous with details which we like- and very neat and careful. Tyler was very patient with all of our questions and decisions and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional and was very helpful with design and material choices. We also appreciated that his estimates of time and expenses were right on target -no extra or hidden fees and no delays on the project. Tyler did all the work himself, (which is amazing since there was so much demo work and tile to lay!) which made it easier for us as we knew what to expect and didn’t have to worry about having a large crew in the house. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work, his professionalism, his very reasonable fees, and his kind easy to work with nature.

Fourteen Thirty Renovation, LLC is run by its owner / operator, Tyler. Tyler is a first-class executor who completes high-quality work timely, and communicates well. Tyler finished our basement in 2020, an extensive project that included finishing a bathroom, a basement bar, bedroom, and theater room. Work included completing plumbing, electrical, and tiling. Tyler made our basement dreams a reality, and did it while being a pleasure to work with. Tyler also completed a smaller bathroom project for us in early 2024 (this month), and we again had a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Tyler did two projects for us and we love them. The laundry room with a dog shower is fantastic. The primary bathroom was completely reconfigured and is amazing. The work is top notch and very skillfully done. His work ethic, integrity, and talent are exemplary. He did a great job keeping the work area clean when he left every night. Tyler finished our basement for us in 2018. He was professional, creative, and collaborative in working with us. He had great craftsmanship with attention to detail. We now have a finished basement that has extended our home and we couldn't be more pleased. We hired Fourteen Thirty Renovations, LLC to completely finish our basement which included a full bathroom. We needed to have this done in three phases which Tyler was glad to accommodate. We were impressed with the quality of work and Tyler's attention to detail and would highly recommend them for any interior renovation.

Tyler did an incredible job renovating my entire home! From the initial estimate all the way through project completion, it was a fantastic experience. He was honest and fair in his price estimate, and he worked with us to make changes as the project progressed. My project started as a kitchen renovation, and once I saw the incredibly quality and outcome of his work, we added additional rooms. In my kitchen, he added a new backsplash, converted an old planning desk into a modern and beautiful coffee bar, and updated all of the lighting. He completely renovated and modernized 3 bathrooms, as well as renovated the living room and entry foyer. We feel so fortunate that we found Fourteen Thirty Renovation. The owner, Tyler, is the consummate professional. He has a lifetime of experience and understands what homeowners want. He is cognizant of quality, costs, function and durability. He listens very effectively, and his execution is beyond reproach. Tyler has redone 4 bathrooms for us, including our master bath. He encountered a number of curve balls during our projects and gave us options in each instance. Our projects included complete bathroom gut jobs; tiling on the floor, walls, showers and ceiling; installation of electrical outlets and hardwired bathroom appliances; custom shower; vanity changes and general plumbing. Tyler's attention to detail is better than any contractor we have ever used, ensuring everything is level and plum; wrapping tiles around corners for a pleasing visual effect; cleaning the job site daily. Importantly, when you're inviting a contractor into your house, you want to feel safe and respected. We rarely knew Tyler was there; he would enter and work all day, minimizing noise, disruption and mess. Tyler's presence truly felt like we had family working on our house, which is why we invited him back repeatedly for more projects.
