I create hand-painted home decor signs that are carefully constructed, entirely hand-painted and hand-lettered (no vinyl), and stained in my own special process to give it that distressed, aged look that we love! I do not cover up knots, holes or imperfections in the wood as long as it does not interfere with the design. I feel it adds to the beauty and uniqueness of the sign. Because I hand paint each sign, there can be slight variations from sign to sign. I feel that this is part of the art of hand painted signs. Make great gifts!
