Scope of work includes replacing all cabinets and countertops, bulkhead removal, installing new recessed, under cabinet & pendant lighting, Installing new hardwood in kitchen area to match existing at transition then refinishing all the hardwood on the 2nd floor, creating a larger opening into the kitchen on a structural wall and all the details down to the plate covers and cabinet pulls. Appliances are not included in this price.
